1. How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply add the products you want to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. There you can enter your delivery address and select the payment method.
2. Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal and bank transfer as well as Klarna.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online at any time.
Additionally, you have the option to check the shipping status in your personal customer account. Another option is to click on the chat icon on the right side of the website and enter your order number under "Track my order" to track the delivery.
4. Can I change or cancel my order later?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the shipping process has begun. Please ensure all details are correct before completing the order.
5. How can I return or exchange a product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact our customer support to begin the return or exchange process.
Alternatively, you can easily request the return yourself in your customer account. After our review, you will be provided with a return label that you can use for the return.
6. Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers that you can use on any product in our store. These are available in various values and can be redeemed during the checkout process.
